It really depends upon your ages, interests as well as when this date will be. For example, there are Rib Burnoffs both at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds in Berea as well as downtown in the Flats this weekend. Or the Greek Festival.



Or the Art Museum or Natural History Museum in University Circle. MetroParks or the zoo.



Movies can be a good choice with a light meal before or after so you can enjoy popcorn at the movie.



Miniature golf if there's a course near you followed by a trip to Dairy Queen, etc.

How about taking the girl to a quiet and elegant restaurant. Get wrapped up in a comfortable and decent conversation and then to lean towards the evening, take her to a movie of her choice. But the best part of the evening would be how well you conducted yourself as a 'gentleman'.

Well if it were me...I would LOVE to go to a theme park with A LOT of roller coasters. I would also LOVE Italian or Japanese food. I would also enjoy going to the movies to probably watch a comedy. Or even going to the basketball court or park for a friendly game or a stroll in the park. I would also enjoy bowling, ice skating or ESPECIALLY going surfing at the beach.

Maybe if you live by the beach take her rollerblading on the boardwalk or even try to teach her to skateboard. If your land-locked then take her to a Greek or Italian restaurant or just for a good movie!
